Email us to delete a DinoPals account

Deleting your DinoPals account deletes the account and its email address, your child’s profile saved to it (name, ages, what they love and what you’d like them to learn), what matters most to your family, your child’s dino avatar, the toys picked for them, the sound and music settings saved to it, the list of devices logged in to it (every device is logged out), its records of store purchases and its login requests. Deleted data can remain in our database backups for up to 30 days, after which it is gone. Apple and Google keep their own records of payments, under their own policies. Deleting your account doesn’t cancel a subscription bought in the App Store or Google Play: cancel it there. Drawings and everything else your child made stay on your device until you delete them in the grown-ups area or delete the app. If you never created a DinoPals account, the app keeps everything on your device, and deleting the app deletes it.
